Professional philosophy

Basically, doing a job is to earn some money. But if we can get a self-satisfaction there, I think it's worth more than money. Accordingly, I always try to add some creativity to my work while performing the assigned duties. By doing so, I would be able to complete my work more easily and my superiors would appreciate the work thereby motivating me to continue doing my job with enthusiasm.

As a government servant I am paid public money so that I have an obligation to serve them at my best. Therefore, at my work place, I work honestly and give my fullest commitment to the duties assigned to me. At the same time, I take every effort to gain necessary skills and knowledge required for my profession. Then only I feel confident in my work and would be able to perform the duties cleverly and efficiently.

Achieving the objectives of an organization is a collective process. There, the entire staff must work cooperatively, not individually. Any official or personal problem that arises in the office can be solved through team spirit. Therefore, I believe in team spirit and always discuss any issue with my staff and get their ideas, proposals in order to carry out my duties effectively.

At work, I meet many people at different levels. I am very keen to talk kindly to those who come to me to obtain my service and make them comfortable until they leave. Although I'm not able to fulfill their needs fully as per their expectation for some unavoidable reason, I'm sure it will make them feel good about the organization.
